shenghe and other big chinese interests have formed a private company 'unrelated' to the nation of china, where these significant chinese private investors will seek to secure supply of australian rare earths but on a 'legal' basis... so to speak.
no doubt their first t/o will be ntu.
interesting and devious. and they seem to be getting away with it?
nothing surprises me anymore with our friends the chine. they seem to be able to quite freely what no one else can!
