I'm not saying they're withholding results. I'm saying once they receive the results from the labs they have to compile them into the report for the market, which is where they can highlight or divert attention away from them as much as they can within the 30+ page long documents they release.
This is how I believe it's done anyhow, I'm fairly sure what you see in the final reports released to the market is not what comes from the lab.
