I'll just expand on that; I believe they can spend as long as they want compiling the report for the market from the lab results (or there might be an eventual cutoff time for reporting them, I'm not sure). Ie if they received the initial results from SGS Australia weeks ago according to SGS's own guidance, SPQ can then spend the time they need compiling the results into the announcement the market receives.
