If he wanted to do something worthwhile for the shareholders he would put the exploration activities on ice and sack himself. That cash should be being used to buy some existing distressed oil producing assets as they come up.

Bugger the exploration.

On performance to date I doubt DVM could hit oil in an exploration play if they drilled the top of one of Caltex's storage tanks at Kurnell.

Just buy some real and profitable existing business.
