I'm not going to read into it too much - but it does read fairly positivly. The preparation for upcoming meeting in mid-Nov is an interesting one - let's disect it a little:
"PCL is preparing for meetings with the PEL 87 Joint Venture and Ministry of Mines & Energy in Windhoek in mid-November 2024"
- JV (that includes NAMCOR, PCL, CUSTOS (sintana), and potentially WDS if they farm-in). Why meeting MME?
- Mid-Nov is a vague timeline - indicating is has potentially not been scheduled; or we are pending something before then (seismic license?)
- What role in the process does the MME actually do? ie, does this sentance imply that NAMCOR is on the verge of approving the seismic license; and then we get a final approval from MME , and start environmental permitting for drill processes, etc?
