If a country really doesn't want you there, it'll be very hard to do any thing there; so you might as well go early. They can put all sort of obstacles in your way, it's better to cut your losses early. At least there might be a chance of some compensation from the new party. In any case, PCL (at least they went the right way) and did their own analysis etc.
I, for one, would be very happy if PCL do team up with one of the other big boys (though I wouldn't classified WDS in the same league as the others).
Two more weeks. Here's hoping they are real calendar weeks and not PCL weeks. Seeing that the AGM is at the end of the months, that would probably be enough to get mgt going.
