no but it is bloody wds that has asked for something no one else has, and what then u expect pcl to just run off and get it for them - what a lot of crock. wds would and will be fully in involved ( one would hope!!!) in writing i suspect new document to facilitate such a licence IF the MME and NAMCOR agree to it.
to think pcl are going to write up a doc FOR WDS to sign without WDS input is just off with the fairies stuff
