Namibia may be poor financially, but I can assure you they are not silly. They could have looked behavior and performance history of different companies. Could they have looked at projects of their next door neighbour?
Just saying.
Let me make reference to a recent post on the SSL. I suspect that PCL are doing their darndest to sort this out in this coming meeting so as to avoid a riot at the AGM, and we'll all have a good X'mas.
