Notes from the conference call this morning for those interested:
    • 2025 guidance to be released in coming weeks
    • Kiaka and Toega 5 year mining agreements signed with Burkina Faso government in Jan 2025 at similar terms to Sanbrado
    • Kiaka project 80% complete
    • Kiaka remains on budget and on schedule to pour first gold in Q3 2025
    • WAF has enough cash to cover remaining USD$135 million (AUD$215 million) spend on Kiaka project
    • Much more drilling results to come
    • 10 year plan (including Toega) will come by end of Q2 when more drilling results are in
    • Toega will start contributing a little by end 2025 but significantly in 2026
    • Grid power to Kiaka is the key to getting online in Q3 and whether it is start, mid or end of Q3 (grid power not yet connected and they have ordered a backup diesel power plant in case)
    • RH implied that he expects Kiaka to contribute around 150k-165k ounces in 2025 but they will provide a range in the upcoming guidance to give themselves flexibility
    • Aiming for 420k ounces target overall when Kiaka reaches full run from 2026
