BTW once we resolve the issue with Greenscape or whatever their name is. We may well get an offer ourselves because we will have heaps of blue sky growth ahead. the one to have a go will be a large cap miner or PE house who will look to use their Higher P/E and/ or cost of money or WACC (Weighted Average Cost of Capital) to usurp our growth for themselves. The good news is Peter Gunzberg has enough experience, nouce and contracts to screw a decent price out of them if they try it. [I wouldn't mind playing Kerry Packer selling them the equivalent of the Super Pit at top dollar then buy it back for a pittance.]
