There is no development cost of Rentails.
Processing previously extracted waste to extract the Sn left behind 0.4% Sn when the technologies didnt exist then.
No development cost,no mining cost ,no exploration cost, no haulage cost ( its already in the surface) and with the deal they are more than like to go forward it will be no processing cost ( ship it overseas to smelt) .
Basically like selling ore ,of course there will be smelting charges but consider we are making a $ out of stockpile of dirt just sitting there for decades.
I think you might be asking what the cost would be if they process it themselves? Anyways previous Pre freasibility came up with $200m which was more than adecade ago and now they are abondoning this capital intensive route and instead just sell the stockpile to the smelter.
Very smart move.
