I am not FlightTime, but Alphamin logistics in- and out go to the west to Kisangani, and from there to Uganda and onwards to Kenia (port), well north of the troubles. The issues with M23 rebels is currently to their east (latest report is Masisi - which probably is a good 100 kms from them). Goma is still further to the east. I doubt the concentrate would be taken off the market, they probably would need to pay some additional 'tax', that is the preferred way of the multitude of rebel groups in the neighborhood. But the situation is volatile, and I would expect some risk premium into the price of tin. It is a traders market, and they typically know how to make the most of volatility.
