My point was that KIN claim they had access issues yet their immediate neighbours did not. The issues with access would therefore appear to be solely with KIN not DOD.
As a ploy to do nothing and avoid Mine Dept fines for not working the leases it appears to have been successful. New management now and they appear to be getting some things done which hopefully will show some results for the long suffering KIN retail holders, which I used to be one of.

Ok no worries thanks for the info, I am not sure of the history as I was originally a PNX holder. I just recalled reading it in one of the reports, actually vaguely remember someone mentioning it on here, something to do with a defence road.
