Back on 21 November 2022 CHR noted the acquisition of E63/1883. It clearly excluded the little slice that TG6 has but came all the way across to the boundary with TG6. The same area has been shown in numerous maps since then.


TG6 still has their little triangle of P licences. These have an end date of 2024 in the quarterly but now have an end date of 2028 in Mindex. It would appear TG6 have successfully extended the end date of the P licences.


Independent to this expiry, there are five blocks that appear to have been split out of E63/1883 and have been picked up by Gary Raymond Powell (as a provisional licence). This creates a minor issue for TG6 because they now have a provisional exploration licence over the top of their P licences. It has somewhat larger implications for CHR because it would appear to mean Mr Powell now has a chunk of the higher lithium in soils in between CHR and TG6. The start date for the provisional claim is 17 December 2024.



Charger quarterly reference is still correct, they still have E63/1883. Its however shrunk in size and is now only 8BL in size.


Note - Delta Lithium had something similar happen with its Yinnetharra claim. The use it or lose it WA conditions relate to the date the claim was formed, not the date the entity obtained the claim. In Delta's instance they had to drop a bunch of blocks nearby to their Yinnetharra claim and guess which one's were best to retain and which were best to lose as they hadn't had the time to do exploration on the whole area.
