Ausquest (AQD) announced a porphyry discovery in Peru a few weeks ago and its share price has bagged six times for a market cap of $65mil. CEL's Ecuadorian assets are valued at zero by the market. There's good value embedded here, unrecognised. Listed in Canada those assets should have a valuation of between C$60-70mil. They've talked about this. Time to get it done. They need to get cracking.....get it listed on the TSX with around C$10 of seed capital and retain perhaps 20%, float & capital raise to cost $15mil for new shareholders in seed capital and distribute the balance of shares to CEL shareholders.

If they can get Hualilan ore to target production with accompanied free cash flow and Ecuador listed, I'm confident this will re-rate.
