I lack a crystal ball but NHC comments it expects prices to 'normalise'.
In the very short term, we can expect prices for thermal coal to decline more or at best be stagnant at current low levels.
NHC remains profitable with every tonne it sells, though (obviously) not making as much as previously.
It has a laser-like focus on costs so while times are not great for thermal coal producers, rest assured we have an excellent management team, as you'd expect with any company associated with the Millner family.
