For takeovers, particularly if major holders try to go private, the remaining shareholders are quite well protected to achieve healthy premium IMO.
Their strategy might be more about minimising the number of shares they need to buy out, there does seem to be lots of accumulation happening, particularly by Colin.
BCN does seem supremely undervalued based on all publicly available information.
