Since I'm still nice, I'm not going to let him die an idiot and inform him that Vault has only existed since September 2024 and that it is a new name given to the company resulting from the merger between Silver Lake and Red5 which took place in June 2024... As for the price of 49.5c, we didn't pay it, it corresponded to the value of a RED share received at the merger in exchange for our SLR shares.
