Could be for multiple reasons, many patients don't want to be part of New to world Treatments, they see inherent risk , plus it seemed with SNT 6302 the Treatment was applied by a Clinician so having to travel can be a burden..
Personally I believe the new formulation of SNT 9465 being the evolution of SNT 6302 will deliver beneficial outcomes for "Scarring"
Plus from a commercial sense there are far more scars than burns ,,,
I'm absolutely stunned there is no real current "Standard of Care" for scars... SNT 9465 looks to be a "First in Class Medicine" with no incumbents or Big Pharma to compete with..
