Hate to break the bad news to you but it’s likely anyone entering providing finance to PEN will want confirmation on the status of supply agreements. Will be hard to find money if their customers walk to other sources for supply. I dare say this is why discussions are taking so long. Being able to buy the lbs only works if you still have customers. I’ll be comfortable once the finance is in place and not before.
