down ramping...shorter... same comments that are always posted when someone states the obvious and differs from another's views. Just stating the obvious, NA rail constraints are outside their area of influence hence the reforecast. Can't sell it if you can't get it to the boats. Coal prices continue in decline, go back to the previous quarterly and look at the price comments and how they reflect to reality.
