I think we will hear about the acquisition or whatever it is late August. I think the BOD have accepted we will de-list i.e. they're not going to have enough time to do everything they need to before 19 Sept.

BOD will submit application with ASX to relist with the new deal Oct-Dec. I don't see why ASX would play "hardball". It's in their interest to have as many listed companies on their exchange for self preservation purposes alone as long as all compliance requirements are met.
