    Sept 08 production 78,649 actual
    Mar 09 production 42,461 actual
    Sept 09 production 22,929 est.
    Mar 10 production 12,318 est.
    Sept 10 production 6,651 est.
    Mar 11 production 3,591 est.

    SAE will grind to a halt and simply expire if the current management strategy of doing nothing continues.
