thats correct ACE... the directors are not stupid they realise that they dont have alot of cash so using the Chinese to do drills and the like or even form a JV partner....
IMHO it is almost clear as mud what is happening here the chinese are the possible JV partners they are more then likely hashing out a deal once the deal is set in stone the results and the JV will be realeased to market rmg will go down one of two paths... sold off for a tidy profit OR form a jv partner whether that be a 50 50 JV with covered costs or an 80 20 free carried with a special cash dividend.. who knows but if the chinese are holding onto the results then go figure...
THIS HAS TAKE THE CHANCE WRITTEN ALL OVER IT...
