The reference to RXM is contained within their recent quarterly:

"An Exploration License Application ELA155/09 was lodged over the highly prospective ground, contiguous with EL4031 and adjacent to Rex Minerals Ltd, Hillside Project."

Page 3 of their recent quarterly. IMO, the Board is set to deliver a "enviro" push.

Rough spec with sig. upside if the cards fall correctly for them in regards to Burra approval:

" A report “Burra Copper Mine – The Third Phase
of Production” detailing the potential in and
around the Burra Monster Mine presented to
the Minister Mineral Resources Development as
a prerequisite for lifting the “reserve” over the
area and granting mineral rights to Phoenix
Copper."

"This area is reserved from the Mining Act and therefore Phoenix Copper is precluded from the mineral rights."

We'll see - if willing to take a position, perhaps call the company and arrive at a possible timeframe of decision.

Good peggers so far and with market cap under their cash position, must have some sort of chance to deliver s/holder value in the future. These ones with so few shares on offer, could explode. Maybe.

I hold and will accumulate when I can and not for those who are risk adverse. Just one of those that could bring in a lot of dosh if the business plan follows through.
