    Very optimistic viewpoint!

    less than 10 in the bank. Will be about 6 m at 31 March after the estimated costs for current quarter.

    Huge admin costs still despite claims of cost cutting.

    Can not afford to drill permits, looking for JV partners on all projects.

    can not raise money as they have stated before.

    where is the upside?
