The reason there's no excitement is that there is still risk, and it is not insubstantial. Once there is a well flowing, the risk issue is answered. But I understand that MAY and what it has been in the past has a long and sad history of drilling lots of holes and burning a lot of money. They need to now move to being a producer to show it can be done and oil in the ground is not where the money is.
