I think some on here are overreacting to the quarterly report, we are in unusual position being a junior partner but effectively making operating decisions. This is something that most on HotCopper aren't use to with resources companies. This is why Melbana has been busy hiring staff to get this discovery to production, it's a costly experience but one which should pay off with a multiple.

Remember that Sonangol are use to being a feee carried junior partner in their own home turf, so the idea of spending on exploration and development is something new to them. Also they have a lot going on back in Angola, new exploration acreage being offered and a big $6b project being sanctioned after they have recently left opec.

We are close to an announcement on flow tests.
