it may be a good company however as a technology company who presents to its clients as their core business, it's not very appealing in its presentation in its report.
The last annual report has a Chinese file name that means something like: "Acquisition of a wild Uncle" translated in Google and its latest report is unaudited, in RMB, and incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. If its got a good story to sell, then I guess at least present it in a way where people can understand.
