    Ahhh genetically modified Sydney Rock oysters hey..... hmmmmm yuck, hence why they cant get an organic certification!

    Like i said:

    Australia Oyster Coast is the largest "Sydney Rock Oyster" producer in Australia.

    AS1 is the largest "Pacific Oyster" producer in Australia.

    How are your farms going? They are some beautiful waters in Coffin Bay i am told, it must be nice waking up in that part of the world everyday?
