I would suspect that some maybe selling as with 2 court cases pending the company is far less likely to pay a juicy dividend.
In saying that I also believe there is some concern that BRL is investing in a lame duck (JAL).
If you are following that story you will know the local native tribes are not as united as JAL would like to help achieve environmental approval.
I have been following the JAL story closely and it appears, the SP performance also indicates, to be highly questionable that a feasible environmental approval will be achieved.
I would suspect that some maybe selling as with 2 court cases...
