I remember approx 8 months before we got the great news about the court case the BRL share price surged and as another correspondent noted “ BRL will soon get a speeding ticket” and sure enough the ASX asked BRL if BRL could explain the surge in share price. Of course they informed they could not. Now we have seen the opposite trend with the share price in the doldrums and with the latest court case pending I hope we are not seeing a trend. Would or could that just be a coincidence if the court case which BRL termed vexatious be negative to BRL. In this resources boom and prices that high grade met met coal is fetching,the current share price would appear unusual.
