I would imagine many would not like BRL, if they have done research into the JAL venture.
The JAL venture is located on lands which have 10 different native tribes that have interests in it.
Now anyone who has much to do with native tribes or iwi will know it is hard to get a consensus with in one tribe let alone to get consensus from 10 different tribes.
I really don't think this venture will get very far, will end up just the the multi million $ wharf shed BRL built 10 years ago and never used
