Not really this is just a result of fear in the market and delays in getting results out. Those of us in the know can see 100m MC for the portfolio AZY has is an absolute bargain hence now the scared money has mostly left the buy/sell ratio is narrowing once again. Im personally thankful as I missed buying in on that last dump in April last year.
