Does the secretary have any skin in the game as they have been working a long time with the Chairman both in SHE and DMG, between them it could add up to over 50%.
A series of dividends would be nice, announcement would be made restoring shareholder confidence that SHE does intend to give a positive return on their investment and would act as a catalyst driving the price higher, and a 2 nd dividend would drive the price higher still.SHE could then do an appendix B at the resulting higher share price with less little dilution.
Shareholders win, SHE gets it capital back.. And the dividend announcement would be a catalyst to generate publicity.To be honest the Error(s) in the annual report, using words like decrease when there was a substantial increase in revenue along with the errors in this quarterly report (cash report versus accrual reporting) for revenue really undermine shareholders confidence.
Digging deeper though SHE still is great company at great value, but investors are not being rewarded for their decision to invest in SHE. Not to mention the delays in further wells.
Would be interesting to know what further tradable securities SHE spent approximately 100k on.
