The worst part is that even prior to the pandemic they were trading at 7c or so. If they had just continued on an honest path it might have resulted in a slightly more positive note, or even no change at all would have been better. The current pain is because of the uncertainty created from the ASIC charges. This should have been settled by now, but instead, the court's leniency in offering extensions for just about any excuse is giving the doc time to exit in his own best interests while hurting shareholders.

There might have been injunctions imposed to protect shareholder, I don't know. It certainly doesn't look like it despite the court having the power to do so.
