But often the stock threads do get used for people to downramp to accumulate....
It happens often on HC and,
Is not on....
To further what I stated also all Labs are delayed for weeks,
So even if something took 5 minutes or less,
It would take days to be transported to it's destination,
Then be another couple of weeks minimum....
No Lab is sitting there waiting for you to send them something these days,
They have weeks of other work to catch up on,
that was there first,
And one has to get in line....
They are all very busy !!!!
