The Company has recently established a technical and commercial capability in Alberta ,
Canda and has been focusing on identifying and assessing multiple investment opportunities
in the oil and gas provinces located in Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada.
The most prospective of these includes a 2-well investment opportunity in the Cardium play in
N.W Alberta and an Eat Central Alberta heavy oil opportunity in the Nisku carbonate sub-crop
oil play with the potential for multi well development. Due diligence continues on these
opportunities with concurrent commercial discussions ongoing and incomplete."
