This self deception you seem to have and sort of false narrative you create is a real and dangerous thing. I don't know if it's cognitive distortions or confirmation bias or whatever but it's okay to get help. I'm not saying this lightly. It's 2024 now and it's okay to get help. I just want to stop being the victim of it.
