I expect DAvid deloub to receive performance future options(0.4c) nearer the time of dividend payout.
Once have sufficient well pumping ,high revenue and some cash, i expect David Deloub may well buy some SHE shares, boosting the share price, i then expect him to issue dividends and then capabilities on the performance options.

We bide our time being patience to receive a very good ROI.
