I'm surprised the Court didn't order the entire board to step down after the judges comments that she was surprised they allowed the Doc to remain in power after the ASIC allegations were made. They are all implicit in the demise of the company. Every one of them. I honestly want things to change for the better, my money is in this after all... but I'm not holding my breath. I'll give it until the end of this year and cut my losses.
