Lets see if hey still spend nearly $600k on marketing...lol(website not been updated for 2 yrs), admin and Corporate costs...

If they never spent this money they would be close to break even every quarter as opposed to making a loss from day 1.

They have a milly in funding they can draw down on, so no worries about making the first payment, but i am afraid the COSTS...cough cough will still keep going out the door..

S/H's are the only ones that are hurting and nothing has changed, the SP will be dead for ever and when this fine is payed the costs will explode once again...

The Dr has done very well out of HCT and even when misleading and deceptive leading a ASX listed company there really is no penalty for him just again and again the share holders taking the full hit.....DISGRACEFUL by the courts and Asx FOR NOT PROTECTING THE INVESTORS

With cash in hand of $49k and a $1.8m debt to pay in 12 months and another $3m court action won against them, then this is gone, done and dusted and it is only being kept open for one reason and for those that have been here long enough know that answer as to why...
