Was a good interview Gower has done very well after what seemed like was an upcoming wind down. Sounds like the land owners think they have something very solid which is why they've been given 15% equity on top of cash payment. 15% dilution is extremely fair to shareholders if the land turns out to be good and 15% will turn to be quite the sum if this takes off. No pun
