You last point of employee mentality i agree with, maybe in time SHE will have a more expensive CEO or maybe mcFayden would step up to the task . Also David really is spreading himself to thin and when he told me he was away for a few months ... well i can let you echo that.

It really is not unusual for the CEO to be replaced as the company grows as different CEO bring different value to a company during its life time.

Yes, not unusual for a CEO to be replaced. Let's all hope that this happens sooner then later as many in here don't want to wait another five years to see a return. McFadyen or Rovira are two potential picks.

Either that or at least give us the decency of an update of what you're doing with your capital. If you're not using it for growth opportunities then buyback shares as everyone seems to be in agreement that this is undervalued.
