Maybe someone can shed some light here.

Staff costs this quarter is $72,000:

"$72,358 for the payment of current quarter Director fees to Mr Gardner, Mr Deloub and Mr Stephenson."

For the year it says $242k. What is with this discrepancy? Aren't staff costs usually recognized in the period they were incurred? And where are the director fees for Michael McFadyen?

I looked at the same quarterly last year and staff costs was zero yet director fees were listed under section 6 (payments to related parties) as it is also this time.
