You have said
1) you focus on things that can be controlled,
2) The CEO and management is one of those things.
Taken together you are saying you control the CEO and Management, and then you say you are one retail investor and have no power. you have contradicted yourself.. but lets move on from that.

First:
1) Other CEO's that have been really bad (such as drug addicts) and when they were got rid off, the share price fell big time.
2) The share price may take a long time to recover.
3) Their is still the issue of Brookside with completely different management yet very similar business(they even share the same wells) and the share price has fallen by a similar percentage(is that just a remarkable coincidence), if your thesis is correct then would ousting the board of Brookside Energy cause the share price to rocket. i dont think so but i dont know for sure.

I do applaud your energy in trying to get David ousted if that is what you believe is needed to raise the share price but:
A) Im not 100% sure ousting David will lead o the result you hope for but instead the share price will fall further, it is tempting to think that ousting David will be the catalyst without concrete proof that it would be.

B) Attacking others who who might have agreed with you does not help your cause.

C) Going to the Chairman or gathering a large group to lobby the chairman may be a more productive way and it has worked before

D) At the last vote david was voted in by a large majority.

E) Try writing to david and encourage him or motivate him. regardless of what you really think of him. HE might well respond.

It will also be less harmful to the current share price than the attacks that have occurred here and elsewhere.

On a pragmatic note, it would aid your cause if you found the email address of the chairman, posted it here then people could lobby him as quite a few readers read this forum when their are no wars waging.

Similar for the secretary

AT the very least that lobbying would be a wake up call even if it fails to get them ousted.

From what you have said you seemed to imply that SHE is indeed under valued and that you wish to oust him across several companies.

If you can prove to me that David deloub is the cause of SHE being undervalued rather than the fact that SHE is in the oil sector i would be inclined to support you, but i suspect the case is that its the sector that is down for the reasons given before.

Its easy to prove,...just measure how undervalued SHE peers are compared to SHE.

IF their was no relationship between the sector and SHE being undervalued then you have your answer.

Agree. What is the catalyst though? Hasn't their been many external events which could have been catalysts? Or isn't it the role of the CEO to create catalysts? There's nothing stopping them from providing us an announcement of catalysts they're working on. A good CEO will create catalysts.
