* Can you explain why you bash David Deloub on the SHE channel for years and you Bashed him on the AVW channel, and upon AVW reaching 0.1 cents you went gangbusters praising David Deloub abilities on the AVW channel yet bashing his abilities on the SHE channel at the same
time.. This inconsistency really demonstrates what you are really about.

* Can you explain that whenever the quarterly or annual reporting date is are approached you start spewing negative sentiment about the board and CEO and anyone who does not share your opinion and then cowardly blames the CEO for negative Sentiment.
