Does anyone know if we pay rent for the office on Claisebrook Rd? We seem to share it with DMG and Jiatai?
DMG had a breech of listing rule 10.1 in 2022 for not obtaining shareholder approval for the lease agreement through Gardners company Surplus Holdings. I believe the lease was for over $100k. If SHE is not paying rent then we seem to be getting a good deal. I couldn't find anything in the reports.
