182 Claisebrook Rd, Perth, WA 6000 was sold for 3.025 million in on 11 Jan 2012.
Prior to that it was listed for rent for $3,260.0 week on the 28 Oct 2011
So even in 2011 it was listed almost $13,000/month rent due to its location near the railway and waterfront.
The rent is very cheap relative to the property market cap, the rates and insurance would be a large chunk of that rent.
DMG and SHE share the offices so probably sharing the rent, if SHE was paying 50% then that would be a more palatable 4500 a month or 55,000 per year.
Maybe SHE is paying more than 50% . Its a lot of space for 1 non full time CEO to turn up to.
The rent is probably around 2% of Net profit after tax, not massive in the bigger picture, but still way more than David deloub or SHE currently requires.
Maybe they are ambitious and want space to expand into.
In regards to Robert Gardener and his salary of 350,000. His geological and Business knowledge is well known,
He made early share holders of DMG very wealthy, ...none of them were upset with his salary apart from the few after they brought in after the share price rose.
