Correct me if i am wrong but does it look as if David's Performance rights are going to expire within several weeks (25/10/2024).

Targets were shares at $0.04 ...4 million at 0.06 and some at 0.08
that target would have netted David significant profit.

Would it not have been more profitable for David to try to reach those targets rather than rushing around doing additional roles at other companies for less money in the long term.

Plus he would have got a pay rise as well,

Maybe Employee mentality again or just super risk averse.
